So I found this really cool tattoo that is similar to the one I want. It is someone else work. Do you think the tattoo artist would do that tattoo on me? Even if it was someone else design?

yes theyll do any picture you want and they will charge about 100+

Yeah I think they'll def do it, no problem. The ink fading depends on the tattoo artist, not the design. It will probably be expensive though, since it is quite big and somewhat intricate. Also, the more colors the more money.

the tattoo artist will most likely do that design because it's what you want.

the ink will fade over time, all colored tattoos do.

If you print it out and tell them your exact specs, they will have no problem inking it for you. I have a scorpion on my ankle that I adapted from the Internet, and they only charged me about $80 total for up to three colors (I only used two). Just make sure the printout doesn't say "copyright" on it, otherwise you could run into a little trouble later on.
