Where can I get a tattoo?

Okay, I'm 15 and live in the UK, London. I want to get a tattoo, have done for ages, so don't try to talk me out of it. I'm sensible and mature, my Mum has the "Well, it's your body" attitude, so she's not going to kill me about it. I want to get a "T" in black on my left index finger, very small and discrete, easily covered up with a plaster if I was going for an interview.

Can someone tell me how much this would cost, and where I could get it done? In the London area. Thanks in advance x

Nowhere decent will tattoo someone under 18. Most decent places won't tattoo on someone's face, neck or hands if it's their first tattoo. See what I'm getting at?
Tattoos on your hands have a harder time healing and are more likely to 'bleed' into the surrounding skin as they heal.
You're 15. Your hands aren't finished growing yet. The skin on your hands will stretch a little more before they stop growing.
The skin on your hands goes through a lot of wear and tear.
Lastly, smaller tattoos blur more through the years.

Do you see what I mean by all this? You're going to have to get a non-perfect artist to do a tattoo that will blur in the next few years. In a highly visible place.
Just think about it a little more.

uh for that bro your going to have to get a tattoo from an artist who doesnt have a reputable shop, but what your looking to get doesnt seem like its going to cost very much for you to get, if you were of age, i would say a normal shop would charge no less than 50 us dollars for what you want, probably like 60 euros or something, but since you wont be able to get into a shop at your age, i wouldnt expect to pay much more than 30 euros or something,
