Okay, I'm using the ISO-Active toothpaste right now. It helped whiten them, but not as much as I'd like. So what toothpaste worked for you? I know it won't work 100%, but still. And I won't go to a dentist so don't even recommend that.
And the best face wash? I ran out of mine, it was that Morning burst stuff. It didn't help with acne.
My skin is oily around my nose, but dry other places, and I wanted to know what worked best for you. I'm open to trying different things, and I Will, but I wanna know what worked for you.
And again, I won't go to a doctor for my skin.
Thanks! (:

I also use the ISO-Active toothpaste. If you're looking to temporarily whiten your teeth before a big event, bite about 2/5 into a strawberry and then rub over your gums and teeth. Sounds silly works great! Unfortunately (I know from personal experience over the past 5 years) toothpaste alone will not make a big difference in teeth shade. I found that crest whitening strips work incredibly great, and the results last (I did this about 2 years ago and still have white teeth) It really helps revitalize by using a strip every few weeks and supplement by using a whitening toothpaste.
For the face, Cetaphil works GREAT. It's made in Canada and is not part of a huge line of anything, it's very pure and has several different uses, the offer different types of their product which all work great. It's important to remember that even if your skin in oily, moisturizing is essential. Often skin will overcompensate having dry skin by producing oil for some kind of moisture.
Tip: the little oil absorbing sheets (sold by generic brands or clean and/or clear) are great for absorbing oil and keeping make-up in place, or just absorption of use for non make-up users.
Hope this helps and good luck!
