Get your hair cut below the shoulder, medium length. Then get side bangs with a little layering in the sides and back. Side bangs hide some of the chin so it will slim your face down. Your face isn't chubby though, don't worry about it!

Well your hair kinda looks like Selena Gomez's in the first place.

What i'd do if I were you is go to a hair salon and tell the person cutting your hair that you want something that frames your face, maybe with layers but not taking too much off. If they tell you they're not sure what your want and don't understand, you really don't want an inexperienced person like that cutting your hair anyway.

long hair is definitely good for slimmy down chubby faces, it drags down your face to make it look longer! keep your hair long, layer might not be the best idea because they make your hair wider/thicker and puffier, and it chubs up your face a bit.

i really like the picture because it has short layers only in the front where it molds your faces shape, and then the outside is long. it's a combination of the 2.

I say get aboutt.. 2 inches cut off.
Then get layers all over.
Keep your sidebangs.
use a straightener * if possible buy one from wal-mart or a beauty store like ulta*
And use a heat spray to keep the straightener from frying your hair.
It will also make your hair soft and shiny.
