I was just thinking about it witch would look more emoish. I wont to get a ring not a labert and i wont it to be tight and to touch over my lip not be wide and baggy looking should i ask for it lower down? and how much might it cost? in the UK.

i think one would be enough. two seems like it's kind of too much. It probably costs about £30 or more
For now i think just one side because two is a bit too much. If you think one is a bit boring you should add the other one later.

I actually have my lower lip on the left and top on the right.
If you start with one side, if you don't like that piercing you don't have to get another one. If you do, then you can go get the second one, if you still want it.
