don't take them out! it will hurt very bad when you try to put them back in and you may not want to go through that pain. keep them in and keep cleaning them over and over. eventually it will re-heal.
i have tried both of these, and keeping them in is what works. when i took them out, i could not put them back in and had to get them re-pierced. it took a week or so for the bleeding to stop when i kept them in but now they are fine and i did not have to get them re-pierced.

maybe you should take them out(one at a time)
and clean them and your ear,then put them back in,but i think it has been long enough so you can change the earring if u want.
