You need to go to a piercing shop.Don't go anywhere where they use the gun.It isn't sterile and it causes more trauma.

go to a piercing shop don't let anyone use a piercing gun on you this needs to be done with a hollow needle. it will hurt for about a week or so, take care of it and it will be fine.
