I got the upper inner part of my ear cartlidge pierced appx. 1.5 yrs ago. About a month ago, a small white bump appeared on the entrance of the hole. When I first noticed the bump, it did not bleed or leak pus, etc. But I went ahead and started soaking it with the sea salt solution for two weeks (at the request of the piercer) only to no avail. Finally, I tried popping the bump and it bled a little. Then I started the sea salt soaks again with some tea tree oil mixed in but the bump isn't disappearing and the cartlidge is swollen and sore to the touch. I know it's not a keloid.

Any suggestions on what do to from here? Today I noticed a little pus come out.
