Hiya I do not think you are ugly, i think you are very pretty. Even Eva Longoria had been bullied, people called her an ugly duckling at school, but look at her now! mega pretty!!
Your outfits are lovely and your pale skin is so pretty, but to make you prettier i think you should wear lighter eyeshadows, and try straightening your hair too, although its so beautiful already. Try removing the hair in between your two eyebrows and also do not put on too much mascara, eyeliner etc. Instead use white eyeliner for you waterline or white eyeshadow.
But over all, you are pretty!

Your eyebrows are really long, you should wax them to where they begin at your tear duct, and end diagnal to your pupil. Stop wearing eyeliner, especially on the bottom, cause it does make your eyes look dark and droopy. Work on a tan, real or fake. Other than that you're actually really pretty. I like your hair.

ok first, you are really pretty and you should ignore all those haters out there. I think if you need anything, ( which you don't! ) maybe wear some pastel eyeshadow. That will bring out your eyes. And possibly if that doesn't work, get a tweezer and pluck some hairs from your brow. But trust me girl.... you are pretty and don't let anybody tell you different! You go girl!
