When I got my license I had to back around a corner, know how to park up hill, do a left turn on a light, park the car and stop at a stop sign smoothly. I think that was it.

Not everyone needs to do the same things but I would practice all of those things just in case.

My cousin failed instantly when he was backing around a corner and his tire touched the corner/sidewalk.

just drive good, if i have to tell you how then i don't want you on the road with me. don't cut people off and dont flip the bird to people who cut you off. don't use your horn if you don't have to just to be annoying. just chill and drive, its one of the simple pleasures of life :)

just don't be too nervous! i know thats hard to grasp but trust me nerves will hurt you. just be calm and drive as well as you can.
-always use your turn signals
-come to full and complete stops
-do not pass the speed limit (if taking the test on a road)
-look behind you when 3 point turning
-do not hit ANY cones when parking.

Just go 5mph below speed limit and keep an eye out for signs. Avoid any distractions such as cellphones and what not. Dont slam on the gas, just ease. And be sure to check mirrors every now and then. Just make whoever is testing you feel as safe as possible.

Running into another car is an insta-fail too.

Just be cool, go the speed limit, and watch out for the other cars around you because remember: everyone else sucks at driving except you.
