the second one looks cool as hell but the first one looks really awkward, like you need a neck brace or something (no offense). it's just the pose and the cropping; more environment around you would make it look better. on the whole though it's a pretty average picture, my friend takes bad pictures of everyone, everywhere (it's annoying as **** to me cause i think i always look terrible :'() and this reminds me of a good one of hers

i'm not trying to be mean but people who see you a lot probably wouldn't think it's awkward but when it comes to giving first impressions to people i would definitely use the second one. like i said, it looks cool as hell. i thought that was worth mentioning twice :)
