Cleaning a Surface Piercing- someone with experience?

Hello Hello (:
I recently (3-4 days ago) got my first surface piercing. i'm currently living over-seas, so with the language barrier it was difficult to catch what the piercer recommended. however, I've been told to use different cleaning agents~ the first was some type of eye care solution for contacts >__> which didn't make sense to me. But over the 3-4 days i've been using normal soaps (without scent) and an alcohol solution used for the face. Now, i've found a solution which contains- Sodium Chloride (.65%), Benzyl alcohol, and benzalkonium~ also with purified water and sodium bicarbonate. I'm wondering if the last solution described will be okay to use during the healing process, and if not what do I need to buy.

I'm looking for an answer from someone with experience with surface piercings.

Saline solution for contacts is actually perfectly fine for aftercare.

Don't use soaps...they can build up around the piercing and block oxygen.
Alcohol is too harsh for piercings.
And all of those chemicals in the solution sound bad for piercings.

Either do saline soaks or sea salt soaks (1/4th of a teaspoon of non-iodized sea salt to 1 cup of hot water) twice a day for ten minutes each soak.

any antibacterial soap will work. Just get the soapy water all over the piercing area and move the ring or whatever you have in you up and down, and back and forth to get the soap all around. There are some spray cleaners you can buy, the one I tried was H2Ocean. It worked. But soap and warm water works just as well.
